When faxing or mailing orders, make sure your original copy is legible and all product and shipping information is complete and accurate.
Payment information
When You Order You may use MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express. You may charge your order to the account number that appears on your mailing label. You may also pay by check or money order. Full payment must accompany orders from individuals.
Payment Terms- All invoices are payable upon receipt and due within 30 days. A 1.5% (minimum $.50) finance charge will apply monthly to all balances due more than 30 days (18% annual rate).
- All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. Foreign accounts must provide a U.S. contact and pay a full cash deposit for overseas orders, unless prior arrangements have been made with our Director of Finance. We charge the Shipper's List Price, but brokerage fees or taxes may apply to foreign orders.
- Postdated checks are not accepted. A $25.00 fee will be levied on all returned checks.
- Delinquent Accounts: Any account past due 60 days or more must be made current before additional materials can be sent.
Shipping Information- Make any special instructions clear.
- Orders are processed for shipping when received. Shipments may arrive over a period of days and should be inventoried immediately. PAFC is not responsible for missing items reported 30 days after the invoice date.
- All orders will be shipped the quickest and most economical way possible. All orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped at the customer’s risk and cannot be tracked.
- Express Service: Rush orders will be processed through the normal channels in Customer Service and the Shipping Department. The order will then be shipped per your direction.
- Tracking: UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are now available through our web site. Visit www.positiveaction.org, go to "My Account," and follow the directions there to obtain tracking numbers for your shipment or to view your order.
Estimated Shipping Rates- We charge the Shipper's List Price, and foreign orders will be charged accordingly.
Returns- Any shipping discrepancies or damages must be reported within 30 days. (Defective and damaged materials should be returned within 30 days after notifying us.)
- Unused merchandise returned in clean, salable condition with no signs of use within 30 days of invoice date will be credited to your account, or upon request, refunded, using the guidelines below. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
- Materials returned after 30 days will receive 10% reduction in credit each month thereafter. No credit will be extended for materials purchased more than six months ago.
- There is a 10% restocking charge on all items returned. This is in addition to the 10% monthly reduction in credit mentioned above.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip to receive proper credit. All material must be returned via insured carrier in good salable condition (undamaged and unmarked). The return address for insured carriers is 502 W. Pippen St., Whitakers, NC 27891 or by insured parcel post at P.O. Box 700, Whitakers, NC 27891-0700.
- Please allow four weeks for credit to be issued for returned merchandise.

Preview Copies
All US based Christian schools may order preview copies (one copy of Student’s/Teacher’s manuals) for a 60-day examination period. (Foreign accounts or homeschools can access our web site for more information or to download sample lessons.) Preview copies are available only for school curriculum. Preview copies will be billed or credit issued if they are returned in good salable condition within the 60-day preview period. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. In order to fill your order accurately and efficiently, your name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, physical address, credit card number, or other payment information (debit card, etc), and expiration date are required. All your ordering information, (including your name, address, and credit card number) is encrypted using a secure server to provide maximum security. Your credit card and billing information are sent encrypted to our ordering system.
Customer Information Sharing
Positive Action For Christ must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment. Your address information is sent to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered.
Positive Action For Christ may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of positiveaction.org, our customers, or others. Positive Action For Christ may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal identity information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personal identity information upon receipt of court order, subpoena, or in cooperation with a law enforcement investigation. Positive Action For Christ fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities and reserves the right to report any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
