Q: Do you offer preview copies of your materials?

A: U.S. based Christian schools and churches may place preview copy orders of Student and Teacher's manuals for a 60-day period. International customers or homeschools can access our web site to download sample lessons. Please note on the order form that your order is for preview copies. Preview copies will be billed or credit issued if they are returned in good salable condition within the 60-day preview period. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please use original box/packaging, include the copy of the packing slip or invoice, and return previews to us by UPS or FedEx at 502 W. Pippen St., Whitakers, NC 27891 or by USPS at P.O. Box 700, Whitakers, NC 27891-0700.

 

Q: How do I return a product?

A: Only unused, clean materials in like-new condition may be returned. To return materials, simply send them to one of the following addresses using the carrier of your choice.

  • If returning your items via the U.S. Postal Service, please address your shipment to: P.O. Box 700, Whitakers, NC 27891.
  • If returning your items via UPS or FedEx, please address your shipment to: 502 West Pippen Street, Whitakers, NC 27891.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip to receive credit on your account.  
  • Per our return policy, we charge a 10% restocking fee for every 30 days between the date of shipment and the date of return. There is no fee for the first 30 days. No credit will be extended for items returned after the sixth month.
  • Please allow four weeks for credit to be issued for returned merchandise.

 

Q: What’s my account number?

A: Your account number (also called Customer ID) is located above your name or the name of your organization on your catalog. It should begin with either the letters PROS for prospect accounts, or the first four letters of your last name or the name of your organization. Q: How do I track my order?

A: From our website, click the “Account” tab at the top of the page, enter your Customer ID and click the “Login” button. Select the invoice date of the order you wish to track. You will find a link to track your order on the right-hand side of that invoice entry. Once you click the tracking number, you will be taken to the carrier’s site to view the progress of your shipment.

Q: Are you affiliated with any particular denomination?

Q: Which Bible version does your curriculum use?

A: Most of our curriculum provides references, which allows students to look up each passage in their own Bibles using the version of their choice. However, in instances where the Bible is quoted directly (as in some of our youth ministry materials), the quotation is taken from the King James Version.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts to retailers who wish to sell your product?

A: Yes, we do offer retailer discounts. For information on selling our products, please call us at 800-688-3008 during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time).

 

Q: Why can’t I access my digital files immediately after ordering?

A: To keep assignments and testing material confidential for our teachers, we personally review each digital order prior to processing. This usually takes one business day. Download instructions are sent via email once the order has been processed. Once you receive download instructions, please allow up to two business days for your download links to become active. During this time, your credit card is processed and your invoice is created, after which you will be able to download your files.

 

Q: How many copies do I need for digital purchases?

A: When purchasing digital student manuals, you need one copy for each student.  When purchasing digital teacher manuals, you need one copy for each teacher.

 

Q: Do you offer free Teacher’s Manuals with a bulk order of Student Manuals?

A: No, we do not offer free Teacher’s Manuals with an order of multiple copies of the Student Manual. However, an order of five or more of the same Student Manual will receive a discount of $2.00 off each book.
