Your account number (previously called customer ID) is located above your name or the name of your organization on your catalog. It should begin with either the letters PROS for prospect accounts or the first four letters of your last name or the name of your organization.

Once you know your account number, click on the Account link in the Navigation bar in the top right corner of your screen. Simply type in your account number in the text field under "Account Login" and press enter, or click on the "Login" button below the text field. That should do it! To keep assignments and testing material confidential for our teachers, we personally review each digital order prior to processing. This usually takes one business day. Download instructions are sent via email once the order has been processed. Once you receive download instructions, please allow up to two business days for your download links to become active. During this time, your credit card is processed and your invoice is created, after which you will be able to download your files.
